Spring Support Groups

Spring Support Groups and Seminars at Sherwood Park Alliance Church

Spring is a season of renewal and growth, both in nature and within ourselves. As we welcome the blossoming flowers and warmer weather, it's also a perfect time to focus on personal development and healing. This spring, Sherwood Park Alliance Church is excited to offer a series of support groups and a seminar designed to provide care, support, and education to those facing life's challenges. Whether you're dealing with grief, seeking to understand mental health better, or looking to support others through trauma, there's something for you.

A Conversation Around Trauma: Caring for Yourself and Others - Seminar

No registration is required for this event, but if you'd like more information, we encourage you to visit this page
