What is Youth Lead?

Youth Lead is a group that meets once every six Saturday's at SPAC from 5:00-6:30 PM.

Youth Lead focusses on three core values: community, discipleship, and serving. Each Youth Lead meeting will include sharing a meal, leadership development, and serving opportunities.

As a member of Youth Lead, you will be given the opportunity to serve, grow, and care alongside a group of like-minded youth who desire to follow the way of Jesus. You will have a key voice in shaping the culture and experience at Junior and Senior High Youth as you lead on team with the pastors and volunteer leaders. You will also be the first to hear about serving opportunities such as our Greenbay Servant Leadership Trips, We Care , and Kids Ministry events

Who this is for?

Youth Lead is for those between the grades of 7-12 who desire to deepen their faith and serve those around them with the gifts that they have been given.

What does the average Youth Lead night look like?

We start ever youth lead night in community, by sharing a meal together, and getting to know one another. Afterwards, Jamie or Luke will lead a discussion that focusses on leadership development. We will conclude each night with a practical serving opportunity. Youth are then invited to stick around for the evening church service where we can all sit together.

What are the expectations?

Along with being connected to a Youth Life Group, you will join us in planning and running youth events, games, and experiences. This will require being available from 5:00 – 7:00 PM once every six Saturdays to connect as a team for a meal, to learn together, and to serve in practical ways. We would love to see this team serve beyond a youth night, so optional opportunities to serve will be available.

How do I sign up?
