Hey Church Family!Grateful to be opening up the word with you this weekend. If you’d like to read ahead, we will be looking at Matthew 6:7-18. But our main focus will be on the most famous part of this sermon – Jesus’ instructions on how to pray, in what we today refer to as, the Lord’s Prayer. The bookends of this section (the “how to pray” part, and the “how to fast” part) give us a clear understanding that prayer, is not about us! It’s about the Lord and an opportunity for us to connect with Him personally, and intentionally. This then leads Jesus to give us the framework of what our prayers can and should look like.My hope for this weekend is that we will be inspired towards prayer, not as an act of duty but as a profound invitation of opportunity.See you this weekend!BrodyLegato café is finally re-openingAfter our mini renovation, we are finally ready to re-open!
