Child Dedication
There is no manual for raising kids, but God has given us something far better—the Holy Spirit and community. Child Dedication is a way to acknowledge our dependence on the Holy Spirit as we do our best to be an example, and lead our children in a relationship with Jesus.
Register at spac.ca/childdedication before March 6th to have your child dedicated during one of our March 26th or 27th services.
A Journey Through Lent Family Kit
Every year we make a big deal about Christmas as we think about the birth of Jesus, and we should! However, at times we fail to see that the cornerstone of our faith is Easter, the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.
This year let’s join as families in the tradition of Lent in order to help our kids understand Jesus’ love for them through the death burial and resurrection of Jesus. We will provide a short daily reading on a path as you follow Jesus to Easter. This will give you an opportunity as a family to think about Jesus and His love for you through this season.
Each kit will include your daily reading cards and a Jesus print out for your family to cut out and string to hang it all up in home as you journey through this Lent season. Sign up today for this helpful Lent activity!

FAMILY NEWS
EPP - it is with sad hearts that we announce the passing of Mr. Ken Epp on February 20, 2022. He was predeceased by his loving wife, Betty. He will be lovingly remembered by his three children Beverly, Brent, Brian and their families, and the countless others whose lives he touched. A memorial service will be held on Saturday March 5 at 11:00 am at Sherwood Park Alliance Church. Livestreaming is available at spac.ca/specialevent.
