Group Facilitator

Life Group Facilitators provide overall direction, encouragement and support for a group of 6-10 members. This can involve leading meetings, sourcing curriculum and guiding discussion. Focused on disciple making you are a catalyst to encourage and support spiritual growth of group members.

Medium Size Group Facilitators are disciple makers. You are focused on a subset of a larger group, most often oriented around tables with 4-6 members . You are the catalyst to encourage and support spiritual growth.
