In Spring 2015, Kiara graduated from Vanguard College with a Bachelor of Religious Studies, with a Youth Ministry emphasis. She started on staff here that summer as the Youth Ministry Assistant, and joined the Pastoral team in September 2017. Kiara loves journeying with youth through the messiness and uncertainty of being a teenager and getting to witness Jesus, in his deep love, meet them right where they are at! She loves getting to do every day life with her volunteers – encouraging, supporting, and loving them. Kiara is married to her best friend Shane, and has the pleasure of being called Mama by their daughter Kennedy Rose. Kiara is obsessed with organizing, her Starbucks order is an upside down black americano, and she is a Disney fan(atic).
