Jesse Flim

Jesse graduated from Vanguard College with a Bachelor of Arts in Theology with a Music Major in 2019. During Jesse's last year of College he spent a lot of time at SPAC interning in Weekend Ministries and working part-time in Youth Ministries. Jesse joined our Youth Ministries team full time in 2019 as the Junior High Pastor. Jesse married his high school sweetheart, Sydney, in 2018 and since then they have been loving life together and enjoy navigating the busy schedules of a Pastor and a Nurse. Jesse loves to journey through life with students and to help them understand what it means to follow God's leading. One of his biggest passions is helping students have an authentic encounter with God's presence and to witness the life-change that comes with it. 

Kiara Moshansky
Youth Pastor, Senior High

Kiara is currently on maternity leave (March 2020) after her fifth year of ministry with Sherwood Park Alliance Church and her third year on staff. Kiara oversees our Senior High Ministry, ensuring everything is running smoothly and investing in leaders and youth! In Spring of 2015, she graduated from Vanguard College with her Bachelor of Religious Studies, with a major in Youth Ministry. In her spare time, Kiara enjoys spending time with her goofball husband Shane, eating waffles, reading, and drinking obnoxious amounts of coffee. Her favourite thing about Youth Ministry is connecting with each individual student and volunteer and getting to know their story and heart.
